改良栀子制剂治疗急性外侧踝关节扭伤的临床疗效分析

摘要:

目的:探讨改良栀子制剂治疗急性外侧踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2024年5月—2024年11月于宜昌市中心人民医院就诊的44例急性外侧踝关节扭伤的患者。根据治疗方法不同,分为观察组(n=22)和对照组(n=22),其中观察组采用标准化改良栀子制剂,对照组采用不含栀子提取物的安慰剂。比较两组患者治疗1周后的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者皮纹征出现时间[(2.96±0.68) d vs (4.75±1.07) d]早于对照组,视觉模拟量表评分[(2.76±0.83)分vs(4.80±0.62)分]明显低于对照组,美国足踝外科协会踝关节-后足评分[(79.88±0.52)分vs(63.55±3.46)分]明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者血清白细胞介素-1β及肿瘤坏死因子-α均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者临床满意度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良栀子制剂可有效减轻急性外侧踝关节扭伤患者的局部肿胀、炎症水平和疼痛程度,改善患者的踝关节活动功能。

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified gardenia preparations in the treatment of acute lateral ankle sprains.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 44 patients with acute lateral ankle sprains who were treated at Yichang Central People's Hospital from May to November 2024.Patients were divided into an observation group(n=22) and a control group(n=22) based on different treatment methods.The observation group received standardized modified gardenia preparations,while the control group received a placebo without gardenia extract.The clinical outcomes of both groups were compared after one week of treatment.Results:The appearance time of skin crease sign in the observation group [(2.96±0.68) d vs(4.75 ± 1.07) d] was earlier than that in the control group.The visual analogue scale score[(2.76±0.83) points vs(4.80±0.62) points] was significantly lower,and the American Orthopaedic Fool and Ankle Society ankle-hindfoot score [(79.88 ± 0.52) points vs(63.55 ± 3.46) points] was significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Serum levels of interleukin-1 β and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical satisfaction between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Modified gardenia preparations can effectively reduce local swelling,inflammation levels,and pain in patients with acute lateral ankle sprains,and improve ankle joint function.
