目的：分析白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合铂类治疗晚期或复发性妇科肿瘤的临床效果。方法：选择2018年5月～2020年5月我院76例晚期或复发性妇科肿瘤病例为对象，以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合铂类治疗，对照组给予白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗，分析两组临床效果。结果：研究组综合有效率比对照组更高，差异具有统计学意义(79.85%vs 52.63%,P<0.05);两组各种不良反应发生率均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论：针对晚期或复发性妇科肿瘤患者，采取白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗有效率高，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with platinum in the treatment of advanced or recurrent gynecological tumors. Methods: There were 76 cases of advanced or recurrent gynecological tumors in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020. They were divided into the study group and the control group using random number table. Patients in the study group were treated with albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with platinum therapy, while the control group were treated with albumin-bound paclitaxel alone. The clinical effects were compared and analyzed. Results: The comprehensive effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(79.84% vs 52.63%, P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of albumin-bound paclitaxel and platinum drugs has high efficacy and good safety for patients with advanced or recurrent gynecological tumors, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
