PMEG治疗复杂型腹主动脉疾病

摘要:

复杂型腹主动脉疾病是指主动脉夹层或动脉瘤累及重要内脏分支动脉的腹主动脉疾病。由于涉及复杂的解剖结构和血流动力学改变,容易发生内脏及脊髓血流灌注不良,从而出现内脏缺血梗死、截瘫以及多器官功能衰竭等严重并发症。在传统的开放式手术和腔内治疗过程中,可能出现重要分支动脉的丢失,导致并发症增多和死亡率增高,无法满足临床需求。医师改良的覆膜支架(PMEG)作为一种治疗复杂腹主动脉疾病的新技术,可以及时、有效和个性化地满足患者的临床需求。本文主要介绍PMEG治疗复杂型腹主动脉疾病的手术操作步骤,以期为临床治疗复杂型腹主动脉疾病提供新思路。

Abstract:

Complex abdominal aortic disease refers to aortic dissection or aneurysm involving important visceral branch arteries. Due to the involvement of complex anatomical structures and hemodynamic changes, it is prone to poor blood perfusion of the viscera and spinal cord, leading to serious complications such as visceral ischemia infarction, paraplegia, and multi-organ failure. In traditional open surgery and endovascular treatment, the loss of important branch arteries may occur, leading to increased complications and mortality, which cannot meet the clinical needs. Physician-modified endovascular grafts(PMEG) as a new technology for the treatment of complex abdominal aortic disease can meet the clinical needs of patients in a timely, effective and personalized manner. This article mainly introduces the surgical operation steps of PMEG for the treatment of complex abdominal aortic disease, aiming to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of complex abdominal aortic disease.
