目的:利用DRGs工具对某院颌骨手术围术期糖皮质激素的使用情况进行分析,探讨围术期糖皮质激素合理用药评价的新模式。方法:提取某院口腔科2016年全年行颌骨相关手术患者的临床资料,对所有病例使用糖皮质激素的给药时机、用法用量及给药途径等相关信息进行统计,利用疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)工具将患者进行分组,对相同分组病例糖皮质激素的使用情况进行分析。结果:同一DRGs分组下颌骨手术围术期糖皮质激素的使用情况存在差异,多数使用了糖皮质激素的病例均为术后连续多日使用,临床药师将点评结果反馈给临床医师后,围术期糖皮质激素的使用情况得到改善。结论:利用DRGs大数据进行合理用药评价的方式可取得更客观的医嘱点评结果,促进临床合理化用药。
