铝是地壳中含量最丰富的金属元素,人体吸收铝后可能通过促氧化活性导致氧化应激、自由基攻击、细胞蛋白质和脂质的氧化等,影响神经系统、心血管系统、血液系统、消化系统及呼吸系统等的正常功能。本文将详细介绍铝中毒的各个方面,包括铝的理化特性,铝中毒患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗措施等,加强人们对铝中毒危害的认识,为提高铝中毒的临床诊断和治疗水平提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Aluminum is the most abundant metal element in the crust of the earth. After being absorbed by the human body, aluminum may cause oxidative stress, free radical attacks, oxidation of cellular proteins and lipids through promoting oxidative activity, affecting the normal function of the nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood system, digestive system, and respiratory system. This article will introduce in detail various aspects of aluminum poisoning, including the physical and chemical properties of aluminum, the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment measures of patients with aluminum poisoning, in order to enhance people's understanding of the hazards of aluminum poisoning and provide theoretical basis for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of aluminum poisoning.
