目的:探讨剖宫产术中低体温的原因与护理措施。方法:将2015年12月～2016年12月我院行剖宫产的产妇100例作为研究对象,根据其护理方法不同将其分为对照组与试验组。给予对照组产妇常规护理措施,给予试验组产妇术中低体温针对性预防护理。比较两组产妇低体温发生率和术中各时间段的体温,并对两组产妇护理满意度进行比较。结果:试验组产妇的低体温发生率明显低于对照组,并且试验组产妇手术开始后15min、30min和手术结束时的体温均明显高于对照组,两组数据相比P<0.05。并且试验组产妇的护理满意度较对照组明显增加,两组数据相比P<0.05。结论:剖宫产术中低体温采用针对性护理措施效果较好,可以促进产妇快速康复,具有较高临床价值。

Objective:To study the causes and nursing countermeasures of hypothermia in cesarean section.Methods:In this study,100 cases puerpera who were received cesarean section in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were treated as subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to their nursing methods.The control group were given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group were given preventive nursing measures.Intraoperative temperature,the incidence of hypothermia,as well as the rate of nursing satisfaction were detected.Results:The incidence of hypothermia was significantly reduced in the experimental group than the control group in the 15 min,30 min and the end of cesarean section.The temperature was significantly increased in the experimental group than that of control group(P<0.05).In addition,the rate of nursing satisfaction was also improved under preventive nursing measures(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing measures used to prevent hypothermia in cesarean section can promote the recovery of puerperae.
