目的：探究Solitaire FR支架取栓治疗前循环急性缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法：回顾性分析2018年10月～2021年1月我院收治的76例前循环急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床资料，根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用静脉溶栓治疗，观察组采用Solitaire FR取栓支架联合静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组血管再通情况、干预前后神经损伤指标、血液流变学指标、神经功能、自理能力及干预期间并发症发生情况。结果：观察组血管再通率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后7天，两组神经损伤指标、血液流变学指标、神经功能、自理能力均显著改善(均P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：Solitaire FR取栓支架治疗前循环急性缺血性脑卒中可有效促进血管再通，改善脑部血流，降低脑神经损伤，有利于患者日常生活能力恢复。

Objective: To explore the effects of Solitaire FR stent thrombectomy in the treatment of anterior circulation acute ischemic stroke. Methods: There were 76 patients with anterior circulation acute ischemic stroke in our hospital between October 2018 and January 2021 retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group were given Solitaire FR stent thrombectomy combined with intravenous thrombolysis. The revascularization status as well as nerve injury indicators, hemorheological indicators, neurological function and self-care ability before and after intervention, and occurrence of complications during intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: The revascularization rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). At 7 days after intervention, the nerve injury indicators, hemorheological indicators, neurological function and self-care ability were all significantly improved in the two groups(all P<0.05), while these indicators in the observation group were superior to the control group after intervention(all P<0.05). Within 7 days after intervention, there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Solitaire FR stent thrombectomy in the treatment of anterior circulation acute ischemic stroke can effectively promote the revascularization, improve the cerebral blood flow and reduce the brain nerve injury, which is beneficial to the recovery of daily life ability of patients.
