慢性非特异性腰痛(CNLBP)给患者带来诸多痛苦,近年来随着针刺等外治疗法逐步应用于临床,多项研究发现针刺疗法能有效改善CNLBP患者的临床症状。目前针对CNLBP有多种针刺疗法,如单纯针刺法、头针法、电针或电针鞋疗法、穴位埋线法、蜂针疗法、耳针法、视频引导针灸图像治疗、针刺联合推拿或运动疗法等。本文旨在总结针刺疗法在治疗CNLBP方面的研究进展,以期为CNLBP的临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract：Chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP) has brought a lot of pain to patients. In recent years, with the gradual application of acupuncture and other external therapy in clinical practice, many studies have found acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CNLBP patients. At present, there are many kinds of acupuncture therapy for CNLBP, such as simple acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, electroacupuncture or electroacupuncture shoe therapy, acupoint catgut embedding, bee acupuncture therapy, ear acupuncture method, video-guided acupuncture image treatment, acupuncture combined with massage or kinesitherapy. This article aims to summarize the research progress of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of CNLBP, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of CNLBP.
